Be at your respective capital town towards the end of the day. Kurzick Capital town is House Zu Heltzer. No one cares about Luxon Capital town, so don't go there

There will be an event at both of those. I'll be there with whatever character I end up making today, probably an assassin to take advantage of the running skills and then exploit one of the repeatable quests :-P.

It will be named L A W L S A U C E... thats a guarantee.
